D&A Student Accommodations Sign Up

All students that have Official D&A Student Accommodations as documented from the UT D&A office, will need to reserve their exam times via the link below.

Please note - you need to find our class in the listing. I have two classes listed that are very similar, so make sure you pick the correct one and the right amount of extra time (1.5× or 2× as stated in your accommodations letter from the D&A office).

Next, you'll choose a time window from the choices. It will be your responsibility to make sure you go to WEL 2.302 at your assigned time and take the exam there in their "reduced distraction" exam room.

You can also just physically go to WEL 2.302 and book your times with the person behind the desk - who is usually Hailey Nunez.

Very Important! Read This...

You will need to book your time to take your exam earlier in the day than the rest of the class in order to receive your extra time. This is done by using the form which is listed above. This will not happen unless you actually reserve the time - your letter from D&A allows you to book an alt time with accommodations.

Again...To be clear: No D&A student will take the exam later than the rest of the class. To get your extra time and be in a proctored environment, you will have to take the exam earlier in the day. The chemistry student services office (WEL 2.302) will help you find a time that works.
