Note: Those of you in the 9am class received an email from Rachel about your SPECIFIC procedure. Please refer to that email for directions.

Exam Procedures

Students can study in the exam room up to 6:50 PM, at that time they can leave the room to study a bit more OR get in line ready to receive their exam materials. All study materials brought into the exam room MUST be stored in a backpack and complete zipped shut. NO visible notes can be anywhere around a student.

1. 6:50 PM - start lining up to receive your exam materials (no more studying in the exam room - ALL study materials stashed away out of sight)
2. Get in the right LINE according to your last name! Look at the Signs.
3. NO TALKING at ALL!!
4. 6:51 PM - have your UT ID Card out and ready (valid state licence is OK if UT ID Card not available)
5. Give the TA or Proctor your ID Card...
6. TA will give you an Exam (logs version number), student picks up bubblesheet and scratch paper
7. Student returns to seat and begins the exam.
8. When student finishes, they will check bubblesheet for name, uteid, and version number
9. Student takes ALL materials to front of room and turns ALL of it in.
10. TA will put a check by your name and return your ID Card.
11. Student will leave the exam room - exam is finished.
