The question about calculating the non-standard potential for the Sn4+/Sn2+ and the Ag/Aq+ half-cells had to be fixed for the 650 students who took the exam on Wednesday. The students who took the exam on Thursday didn't need the fix because we corrected the Standard Potential Table.
The Reason for the FIX: On Wednesday our handout with the Standard Potential Table had a negative value for the Sn4+/Sn2+ half-reaction, specifically it had –0.15 V. So what did that mean? It meant that the correct closest answer choice ended up being 0.798 V and not 0.502 V. I made a solution for BOTH scenarios that you can see below. Quest ONLY knows about the 0.502 V choice... so we had to manually FIX all the point totals (the awarded points give which is 4 points for this question) for the Wednesday students. Below are the two solutions covering both the –0.15 V and the +0.15 V.
