If you have an official* conflict with any of the four 7-9 PM evening exams you will need to go to WEL 2.212 (Lower Division Chemistry Office) and SCHEDULE for a time BEFORE the rest of the class. The default exam time (what we prefer for you to do) will be from 4-6 PM on the same exam day (the room for Spring 2012 is GSB 2.126). Other times are possible although they will be earlier and earlier. The absolute earliest you can take the exam is one day earlier than the official exam day. You can talk to me (Dr. McCord) about it but it will be very difficult to give you an exam more than one day early.
NOTE: Space and time slots ARE limited. You need to schedule your times in the first 2 weeks of the semester.
After you make your special arrangements in that office, they will put your name on a list for the early exam. You MUST be on the list in order to take the exam. You cannot just show up and hope to take the exam without prior arrangements. This is a courtesy that we offer and is NOT a right so treat it as such. The folks in WEL 2.212 are VERY helpful and they will help you come up with a workable solution to YOUR conflict.
